Raised in London, UK, Will studied Film and Media at Stanford University where, in 2014, he won the Bloom Film Contest for Taking Choice, a micro-documentary about campus sexual assault survivors. Since then, he has worked at New Horizons Pictures, Plan B, and The Salt Co., as well as establishing his own film production company, Magpie Factory, with Wyatt Bunce. He has directed four short films with Wyatt since their meeting in 2015, most notably their short Howay! starring Dave Johns (I, Daniel Blake). Surreal, honest, and comedic, Magpie Factory's work has been selected for several festivals, including Cannes, Austin, Hollyshorts, and Newcastle film festivals.
