Tony Giglio
Tony Giglio worked his way up from a Production Assistant to become one of Hollywood's most versatile Writer-Directors. Tony most recently wrote & directed Universal's 1440 reboot of "Doom", entitled "Doom: Annihilation" based on the popular video games. Based on the film's success, a sequel is already in the works with Giglio returning to write & direct. Previously, Tony directed "S.W.A.T.: Under Siege", produced by Neal Moritz (Original Film). The movie stars Adrianne Palicki ("John Wick", "GI Joe 2"), Michael Jai White ("Spawn", "The Dark Knight") and was released August 1, 2017. Tony wrote, produced & directed Sony Crackle's first ever made for New Media Feature Film entitled "Extraction". The film stars Danny Glover ("Lethal Weapon" series), Vinnie Jones ("Snatch"), Sean Astin ("Lord of the Rings" series), Falk Hentschel ("Knight and Day"), and Jon Foo ("Tekken"). The film won Giglio a Best Action Director award in 2013 given by The Action Elite website. The 2013's Webby Awards nominated Giglio for his "Extraction" screenplay. Previously, Giglio directed 2nd Unit on Resident Evil: Afterlife for Screen Gems/ Constantin/ Impact PIctures. The film, shot in 3-D, opened #1 in the worldwide box office on September 10, 2010 to a franchise record $73 million. Universal Pictures' 1440 hired Giglio to pen Death Race 2, a prequel to 2008's Death Race. Giglio wrote the script while simultaneously directing 2nd Unit on Afterlife. Based on Death Race 2's overwhelming success, Universal moved quickly to make its sequel, Death Race: Inferno, with Giglio again returning as Screenwriter. Death Race has become one of Universal's biggest successes. Death Race: Beyond Anarchy, the 4th film in the franchise, another penned by Giglio, was produced and released in September 2018. In 2007, Giglio directed Timber Falls. The horror-dark comedy was shot in Romania doubling for West Virginia, Giglio was able to find locations never before filmed in the mountains of Transylvania. The film opened theatrically on December 7, 2007 to extremely positive reviews. In 2005, Giglio wrote and directed his best known work, the action-thriller Chaos, starring Jason Statham, Ryan Phillippe and Wesley Snipes. The film which was originally budgeted for $25 Million and 40 Days of Principal Photography, suffered massive financial problems which caused 7 shutdowns during prep and production, resulting in several cast and crew turnover, and slashing the budget and shooting days in half ($12.5 Million and 21 days respectively). In 2004, Giglio co-wrote and directed the World War II drama, In Enemy Hands, starring Academy Award Nominated Actor William H. Macy, Til Schweiger, Clark Gregg, Scott Caan, Thomas Kretschmann, Lauren Holly, Ian Somerhalder and Jeremy Sisto. The film was released by Lion's Gate in the U.S. in 2004. Some obscure trivia, Academy Award-winning Director Gavin Hood was one of Giglio's Cast members. Giglio's first job in film was as a Production Assistant on the Quick & The Dead. Giglio, a huge fan of The Evil Dead, wrote director Sam Raimi a letter prior to graduating college seeking employment with him. Much to his surprise, Raimi answered his letter and said, "if he (Giglio) decided to relocate to LA, to look him up." Giglio moved to California shortly after graduation, reconnected with Raimi's office just as Raimi had signed on to direct The Quick & the Dead. Giglio started as an office P.A., but later served as a Set P.A.. Location P.A. and Sam Raimi's P.A. on the production in Arizona. Giglio gained experience working in the entertainment industry on such high-profile film projects as, Heat, Terminator 2: 3D, Liar, Liar, Celtic Pride, Bulletproof, Fear, Dante's Peak, Escape From L.A., The Rock, Kicking & Screaming And Jingle All The Way. Tony graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1993. He is a proud member of the DGA, WGA & SAG. He holds citizenship in good standing status with the United States, Italy, and Canada. When not on location directing, Tony Giglio resides in Georgia with his wife & daughter.

Tony Goldwyn
Actor, director, producer Tony Goldwyn just finished a sold-out run of director Ivo Van Hove's Broadway production of "Network" with Bryan Cranston and Tatiana Maslany. He can be seen on the Netflix series, "Chambers," starring with Uma Thurman. Recently he concluded his role as 'President Fitzgerald Grant' in Shonda Rhimes' remarkable series "Scandal" after its seven-season run. Goldwyn continues to juggle multiple projects both behind and in front of the camera. Previously he appeared in the feature film "Mark Felt - The Man Who Brought Down the White House" as part of an all-star cast including Liam Neeson and Diane Lane. He also starred with Sharon Stone in the indie rom-com "All I Wish." Additionally, Goldwyn starred in MGM's release, "The Belko Experiment," written and produced by James Gunn. Formerly, he co-created and executive produced the critically acclaimed series "The Divide" for AMC Studios. Goldwyn directed the two hour pilot while partner Richard LaGravenese wrote the episodes. He also took on the controversial figure Warren Jeffs, starring in the Lifetime movie, "Outlaw Prophet: Warren Jeffs" and appeared in the hit features "Divergent" and "Insurgent" based on the YA novels by Veronica Roth. In addition to acting on the shows, Goldwyn directed multiple episodes of "Scandal" along with an episode of his latest series, "Chambers." More television directing credits include prestigious programs such as "Dexter," "Justified," "Law & Order," "Damages," "Grey's Anatomy," and "The L Word," among others. Goldwyn made an auspicious feature directorial debut with "A Walk on the Moon" starring Diane Lane and Viggo Mortensen. The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and went on to receive universal praise from critics as well as winning a special recognition from the National Board of Review for Excellence in Independent Filmmaking. Goldwyn first read Pamela Gray's script five years earlier and shepherded it through multiple drafts until Dustin Hoffman came on board as a producer and got the project financed. Coincidentally when Gray originally wrote the screenplay as her Master's Thesis at UCLA Film School, she won the prestigious Samuel Goldwyn Writing Award - an honor established by Goldwyn's paternal grandfather, the legendary film producer. Further feature directing credits include "The Last Kiss," based on Gabriele Muccino's "L'Ultimo Bacio," for which Goldwyn received Best Director from the Boston Film Festival, and the romantic comedy "Someone Like You." His last effort, "Conviction," starring Hilary Swank and Sam Rockwell, which Goldwyn also produced, earned Swank a SAG Award nomination, won Best Film at the Boston Film Festival and was awarded a Freedom of Expression honor from the National Board of Review. As an actor, Goldwyn first caught audiences' attention with his portrayal of the villain in the box office smash "Ghost." He went on to appear in numerous other films including "The Pelican Brief" with Julia Roberts and Denzel Washington, "Kiss The Girls," Oliver Stone's "Nixon," "The Substance of Fire," "The Last Samurai" opposite Tom Cruise, and the remake of Wes Craven's classic "The Last House on the Left."
