Scott Faulconbridge was born in Montreal, Canada (May 21, 1966) and is a graduate of McGill University with a B.Sc. in Immunology and B.A. in film and communications. (1988, 1990) Two degrees that proved utterly useless in his adult life. While at McGill he began performing as an improviser and a few years later, began his career as a stand up comedian. Since then, he has performed for audiences all over the world using his masterful timing, quirky story telling and quick improvisational wit and has established himself as one of Canada's best headlining comedy up comedy acts. His unique stories and songs are inspired by family mishaps that have made him a crowd favorite for three decades. His work has earned him three Canadian Comedy Award nominations for his work as an Improviser and a stand up comedian. Nationally, he has toured theaters coast to coast in both The Just For Laughs Tour (2005), The Investors Group National tour (2006) and opened for Howie Mandell at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa. His albums "Warn the Others" (2005) and "Scottland" (2013) are heard regularly on Sirius XM. He has also been seen on numerous televised specials including NBC's 'Last Comic Standing'. (2008) Scott's acting credits include feature films such as ' 'Abandon' (2002), The Greatest Game Ever Played' ( 2006), and Roger Avary's I'Lucky Day'. (2018). He co-hosts 'Date Night Comedy' with his on stage wife Anne McMaster at The Comedy Bar in Toronto which features the best sketch artists and stand up comedians in the country. He also performs regularly at Corporate events, Yuk Yuks Comedy clubs, Rumours in Winnipeg and The Comedy Nest in Montreal . He currently lives in suburbs of Toronto with his family where he coaches sports that he never actually played.

Scott Ferguson graduated with a Diploma in acting from the Ensemble 3 year acting course in 1986. For the Ensemble theatre he appeared in lead roles in Barefoot in the Park and The Star Spangled Girl, both directed by Hayes Gordon. Over the next few years he appeared in plays for the Griffin Theatre, including Alex Buzo's Rooted directed by Robert Connelly, as well as touring Shakespeare productions and The History of Australian Theatre for schools. This was a low budget feature which, none the less, earned 3 1/2 stars from David Stratton and 3 stars from Margaret Pomeranz on "The Movie Show"!
