Phreddy was born and raised in the suburbs surrounding Atlanta, GA. He has been lucky enough to have been swept up in a two-decade-long torrent of adventures: as an archaeologist in Tuscany; a waiter in Glacier Park, Montana; a day-laborer in Sacramento, California; and a journalist/bartender/event promoter/ and bon vivant in Detroit, Michigan. Currently he lives in Highland Park, Michigan, where he works as a storyteller, writer, comic, musician and actor.
Phrederic Semaj is a native of San Diego, California. He has trained with instructors such as; Larry B. Scott (Revenge of the Nerds), Chris Barnes (ABC's Life with Bonnie), Tasha Smith ("Tyler's Perry; For Better or Worse" and "Why Did I Get Married"). After a few years of studies, Phrederic was cast in the nominated play "To Kill A Mockingbird", which led to him winning the Inland Theater League Award for Best Actor. After some television appearances, Phrederic landed the lead role for the HBO short, "Let's Love Hate", which was directed and written by famed actor Shia LeBeouf (Transformers, Indiana Jones and Wall Street). In 2014, Phrederic was cast as the lead in the controversial play "The Good Negro" which was based on the life of Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. and his fight to end segregation in the South. This opportunity got him nominated "Best-Lead Male" for The NAACP Theatre Awards and rave reviews in the Los Angeles Times, Backstage West, and LA Weekly. A firm believer in "Work Begets Work", Phrederic Semaj first leading role in a film was an Official Selection of the 2014 Cannes Short Film Corner in France. While this year he was voted one of the Top 10 Plays in LA by Stage Raw for his leading role in Michael Phillip Edward's "Blood" Phrederic Semaj isn't just another face showing his versatility on film, television and stage. His plan is to continue to grow and develop his craft and he thanks God for the opportunity to share his talents with the World.
