Hello! I am Laura Laprida, Argentine-Italian actress based in Madrid, Spain. My story begins in 1990, in an unconventional home in Buenos Aires province. My mom is a triplet, she and her sisters have traveled the globe singing, acting in movies and hosting TV shows. Thanks to them, my first childhood memories are playing behind the scenes and among changing rooms and technical assistants. Growing up in this magical world allowed me to find my vocation and start to develop it at an early age. My first opportunity came thanks to Disney Channel, I was part of the main cast of the series "Jake & Blake" (2009-2010). In 2015 I co-starred in a miniseries called "Historia de un clan"(Underground-2015), winner of a 'Martín Fierro' award as Best Series and acclaimed by critics first in Argentina and then internationally. In between film shooting, I also pursued other interests, and that is how in 2014 I graduated as Radiologist Techician in the Universidad del Salvador in the city of Buenos Aires. I practiced [my profession] during three wonderful years until I chose to devote myself to my acting career. During the following years I was part of various films and many Argentine TV series like "Los ricos no piden permiso" (PolKa-2016), "Golpe al corazón" (Telefe-2017), "Campanas en la noche" (Telefe-2018), "Separadas" (PolKa-2019) and "Millennials" (Netflix 2018-2021), where I had my first starring role during all three seasons. At the beginning of 2021 I came to live to Madrid, Spain. Fortunately, my adjustment to Europe was pretty hasty. Between April and August I got under the skin of Valentina, one of the villains of the second season of "Paraíso" (Movistar -2022+) and in December we finished shooting the first season on "Sagrada Familia" (Netflix-2022) directed by Manolo Caro.
