Growing up in Portland, Oregon, Jake discovered his love for acting after one of his teachers encouraged him to try out for local projects. He soon began acting in commercials and by age eleven, Jake and his family made the move down to Hollywood. His first high profile role was that of Josh Jordon, son to Bruce Willis and Michelle Pfeiffer in The Story Of Us. Jake followed that up with parts on several television shows including Once And Again, The Closer and Veronica Mars. He played Lash in the 2005 movie SKY HIGH starring Kurt Russell and Michael Angarano and starred in Brian Crano's play the 12th Premise as Con From 2006-2008 he starred alongside Jeffrey Tambor and John Lithgow on NBC's Twenty Good Years. With roles in Extreme Movie, Fired Up and the 2010 hit EASY A, Jake demonstrated his ability as a comedic actor. Jake's latest movie A Bag Of Hammers, has him teaming up with writer/director Brian Crano once more. Not only did Jake co-write the movie with Brian, he also stars in the film as Alan; one half of a pair of misfit best friends, who can't seem to find what's missing from their lives. It's not until an abandoned young child comes into the picture, that they realize what was missing was the love that only family can provide. A Bag Of Hammers debuted at the 2011 South by Southwest festival.
Jake Satow is an American actor known for The Dropout, Adeline, and Flopsee and Buttercup. He loves to make people laugh and he also enjoys dramatic roles. Jake has appeared in feature films, short films, a TV pilot, music videos, and commercials. He has also performed in professional theater productions including most recently, G. Bruce Smith's LA based play, The Honorary Consul. Jake loves to sing, play the viola and the piano, and he loves music, especially pop and classical music. Jake is an accomplished violist and has played the viola since age 5. He also enjoys modeling and has done runway modeling for Columbus Fashion Week, Macy's, Homage, and others. He has also done extensive product modeling, including featuring on the box of Huffy Bicycle's Green Machine. Jake is always excited to continue to hone his acting craft and has trained with private coaches including Wendy Faraone, John D'Aquino, Shane Brady, Corey Martin Craig, and AFA Studios and voice lessons with Claire Hosterman. He has taken many workshops and classes at The Groundlings LA, Talent House Academy, and Camp Hollywood. Jake is thrilled to be represented by Eris Talent Agency in Beverly Hills, California and to have Nikki Mincks of MTM Talent in LA as his manager and also Heyman Talent as his Midwest representation. In his free time, Jake loves to be involved in philanthropy in his community, spending time with family, and he enjoys playing tennis, wrestling, and staying fit.
Jake Scheib began acting at age 5 after watching his brother, Matt, perform on the set of "Lemonade". After being given an opportunity to be an extra on that film, he decided he'd like to continue entertaining people. Jake is a happy-go-lucky kid who enjoys playing several different sports, singing, and dancing. He loves to play basketball, baseball, bowling, golf, soccer, and lacrosse.
