He was also the creative assistant to the director for the Ecuadorian film "A Son of Man" that became the Ecuadorian entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 91st Academy Awards and had six nominations for the Platino Awards of Ibero-American Cinema. He founded the New York-based production company, A FILMS, in 2012. Among the projects he directed and produced are music videos for Husbandry (US), Jean-Paul (Spain), and Nung Nung (Taiwan) as well as short documentaries for the singer Jose Antonio Garcia (091), Tzu Chi Foundation, the Legal Resources Center of South Africa, and Africa.com.
