Helena is a professional actress from Catania, Italy. At the age of 20 she received early acceptance to two well-known Acting Schools in Catania, Italy. She studied at "Il Teatro del Molo 2", directed by Dir. Gioacchino Palumbo. Helena also furthered her training and performance at "Il Teatro degli Specchi", directed by Dir. Aldo Lo Castro and Dir. Marco Tringali. In films Helena played the lead role in "La Llorona" by director Josh Quintero. The film won Best Thriller short at the Adbhooture Film Festival, was selected as Judge's Special Mention at the Horror Bowl Movie Awards, was a Finalist at the Cult Movies Festival and won the award of Best Director and Best Short at the Vesuvio International Monthly Film Festival. In 2022 she played co-star in the short films "Candy Apple" by USC Director Xiayang Li and in "Liliane" by USC Director Eric Yeich. She also played a challenging supporting role in the feature film "High Risk" by director Yaw Agyapong. In 2021 Helena played a supporting role in the short film "Past Life" by Nate Lyles. She also played the lead role "Cindy", in the film, "Quaranteam" by directors Ayu Logan and Bianca Dubeux. The film was an official selection of the "Safer at Home Film Festival", the "Los Angeles Brazilian Film Festival" and the "Lifft India Awards in India. Helena also produced and acted as the lead role in the film "Lucky 7", by award winner director Josh Quintero. Helena has also performed in theatre, playing lead roles in original plays by FONS Productions at The Brick House Theatre in North Hollywood and by Whatnot Theatrics at Mc Cadden Theatre in Hollywood, as part of the Hollywood Fringe Festival. Helena has a Certificate Degree in "Acting" at UCLA Extension, she is a member of the Anthony Gilardi Acting Studio and she also studied at "Ivana Chubbuck" and "The Actor's Lab" studios. Helena lives in Los Angeles and regularly travels to Italy.

Helena Howard, was born in New York, New York. Since the early age of three, she knew she wanted to pursue acting. She gained her love and appreciation for the craft through stage work, and studied teachings of the greats (Stanislavsky, Adler, Strasberg, Hagen, etc.), when not memorizing lines or studying for exams. She attended the Union County Academy for Performing Arts from the years 2012-2016. It was during that time that she would meet filmmaker and writer, Josephine Decker, and they would go on to workshop, collaborate (along with Pig Iron and a troupe of actors), and create what is now known as, 'Madeline's Madeline'. 2018 was the debut of 'Madelines Madeline'. It was also the debut/breakout year for Helena. With a national premier at Sundance, International at Berlinale; Madeline's Madeline and Helena went on to be recognized at the Gotham Awards that year, and the Independent Spirit Awards the following. She continues to do what she loves to do, with immense fervor, and is grateful that she is fortunate to have the opportunity to get to do what it is she loves to do.
