Heidi grew up in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan. She began tap dancing with her twin sister Heather, at the age of three. She performed in community plays, and along with teachers and fellow students, helped form the first theater department at Norway High School. After high school, Heidi joined the Air Force as a command post controller where she obtained the rank of E-6, Technical Sergeant. She deployed to Diego Garcia and Qatar in support of operation enduring freedom. She won three Airman of the Quarter and two Airman of the Year awards during her time in service. Heidi completed the acting and improv programs at the Second City, Chicago and studied improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade, Los Angeles. She also trained in advanced Meisner technique at Playhouse West. Heidi and her sister Heather formed PrettySchlitty productions creating comedy web series and short films. Their work has premiered at the St Louis International Film Festival, the St Louis Filmmakers Showcase, Playhouse West Film Festival, LA Webfest and Los Angeles Comedy Film Festival. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from California Lutheran University and is certified in Hypnosis.
