Georgie is an LA based Australian actress and imaginator who strives to create meaningful entertainment and bring more positivity to the world. She is a descendant of Joseph Jefferson III so it is safe to say she was born with the performance bug in her blood. Georgie was born in Melbourne, Australia and had her first taste of the performing arts when she was given the role of narrator (a La David Attenborough) for her junior school play. Throughout her school days Georgie would frequent the stage and indulge in her love for the arts. But it wasn't until Georgie moved to London and started working behind the camera that she realized the true nature of her passion for the entertainment industry lay in directly connecting with an audience either on stage, or on camera. Taking a leap of faith, Georgie auditioned and was accepted into The American Academy for Dramatic Arts for a two-year full time acting conservatory in Los Angeles. After having graduated from AADA, Georgie began booking her own work and hustling, like so many other hopefuls in LA. Not being one to slow down and let creativity slide, Georgie and a group of friends got together to create "The Lost Girls." A mini web series about a group of women who were struggling to get the adulating thing down pat. A short in this series received a nomination for Best Short for the Indie Short Fest in 2019. Since graduating AADA Georgie has played the lead in over ten short films, guest starred in a popular Facebook series and starred in other television shows and scripted podcasts. Credits include; Buried in the Backyard, People Magazine Investigates, Evan Wood, Getaway and Headcase just to name a few. Georgie is passionate about telling impactful stories and collaborating with other creatives from around the globe.
