Emily Grace Ranieri is from Moorestown NJ. She and her parents are very active and constantly willing to try new adventures and businesses. When Emily was just 8 years old, she was approached by a family friend/film producer and asked to audition for a SAG independent feature film because she had the perfect look for her character. With her family's support, she decided to audition and was instantly hit by the acting bug. Although Emily was new to the industry, she booked that first film role in "Chasing Yesterday" in the Fall of 2013 and performed onset as if she had been training for years! Emily filmed alongside seasoned actors and comfortably interacted with the crew and producers while learning everything she could about the filming process. Her fun personality, strong character and wit are gifts that have allowed her to develop into a flexible and natural young actress so quickly. As a talented and hard working young girl, Emily always does her best to succeed while auditioning, filming, or competing as an equestrian or dancer. Having been an animal lover and advocate all of her life, Emily was thrilled when she landed her second role in the feature film "Days of Power" filming in the Summer of 2014. This film is a drama based in a setting that will draw attention to the deplorable practices that are legally permitted to continue in Puppy Mills in our country. Emily hopes that her contribution on and off screen for this project will help to change legislation so that generations of dogs can be rescued and adopted into their forever homes. Emily's strong interest and desire to become an onscreen actor has been a pleasant, yet unexpected, surprise to both Emily and her family. Everyone is so proud that she has been honored to book her first two movies in less than a year. With talent, perseverance and passion, Emily is just beginning a bright career as a young actor.
