Emilia Copeland (previously known as Emma White) was born and subsequently grew up in Staffordshire, UK. She began her acting journey in amateur theatre and student films while studying a BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science degree at Plymouth University, before progressing onto professional theatre and film. Her acting work has been shown in a variety of festivals around the world including Cannes, Berlinale, BFI Flare Festival, and Outfest Los Angeles, as well as on BBC One and BBC America.
