Elliot has performed with Rainbow Stage, Manitoba Theatre for Young People, Winnipeg Jewish Theatre, Winnipeg Studio Theatre, Dry Cold Productions, District Theatre Collective, Shakespeare in the Pub (Bravura Theatre), Manitoba Opera, Manitoba Underground Opera, Opera NUOVA, Little Opera Company, and Flipside Opera. Highlights include playing Flounder in the Canadian Premiere of Disney's The Little Mermaid (Rainbow Stage), Leo Frank in Parade (Opera NUOVA), Centipede in James and the Giant Peach (MTYP), Papageno in The Magic Flute (Manitoba Underground Opera), and Mr. Lindquist in A Little Night Music (Dry Cold). Elliot is a graduate of the University of Manitoba's Desautels Faculty of Music where he studied classical vocal performance and is pursuing an MFA in Musical Theater at The Boston Conservatory at Berklee. Recently, he made his professional film debut playing Sergei in Siberia (2018).

Elliot M. Bour began his career as an animator for Walt Disney Animation Studios on the 1991 Oscar-nominated classic, Beauty and the Beast. For the next decade, he continued to animate on such hits as Aladdin, The Lion King, Pocahontas and Mulan. Elliot then moved into a successful directing career, making his directorial debut with the animated features, Winnie the Pooh: Springtime with Roo and Kronk's New Groove, the hilarious sequel to The Emperor's New Groove, starring the voices of Patrick Warburton, Tracey Ullman, David Spade and Eartha Kitt. In addition to many animated features, commercials and short films, one of the highlights of his directing career would become the groundbreaking Disney series, Elena of Avalor. Elliot was a member of the 2003 acting ensemble for Women In The Director's Chair Workshop in Banff, Alberta. He was also featured in Safe House for the Vine Shorts Festival at The Promenade Playhouse in Santa Monica, California. Also known as Bryan Elliot, he hosted The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation's Video Hits as well as Bravo's New York Theatre Review in New York City. He's been seen and heard in numerous television and radio commercials. Elliot plays the role of Oliver Napier in the television series Shattered (2010) starring Callum Keith Rennie. He has a B.A. in English majoring in Theatre from McGill University and lives in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada with his wife Kathryn and their son Oliver who was born in August 2009.
