Bill Elverman was born and raised in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin. He attended college at UW-Milwaukee where he received a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication: Advertising and Public Relations. He minored in English and spent the first two years of his studies as a theater major.
